So my senior year is coming up and that means senior pictures. It is currently May and I am required to take my senior pictures during the summer. I want to shed pounds so that I could look great for my photos. This calls for a lifestyle change! I want to create a healthy lifestyle for myself. I don't know about you, but I love going on pinterest, tumblr and weheartit and looking up fitness and health pictures. Not only to inspire me but to give me an idea about this lifestyle. I think it is so fun to make healthy meals and snacks and after eating what you made you don't feel stuffed and gross. Lately I have been watching Ingrid, also known as missglamorazzi via youtube, and she inspires me to embrace health and beauty. Ingrid's #HungryHappyHealthy series is so helpful and of course yummy! Also I want to be apart of fun healthy activities. Currently I am taking classes at
jazzercise and it is enjoyable because you simply dance and shed pounds. This morning I decided why not try another activity such as yoga! So I watched a video on
doyouyoga.com and I felt great afterwards. Also if you try yoga I would recommend getting outdoors and trying it. Spending time with nature and getting fresh air is the best feeling! During the summer I plan to do more activities to help me loose weight with friends. I want all my friends to live a healthy lifestyle !
